A6star 6 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide for Malaysian Users

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering an account or using any of the services provided by a6star 6 through the website a6star6.net, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the a6star 6 platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and a6star 6 (the platform). This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which together form a comprehensive set of rules governing the use of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. User Accounts

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at a6star 6. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

A6star 6 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and exclusive offers for sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses may not be converted directly to cash unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure requested by the member.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, a6star 6 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings derived from rule-violating activity, and to reject any related withdrawal requests. Any legitimate remaining balance (if applicable) will be returned to the member within 14 business days upon completion of the investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The a6star 6 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• A6star 6 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members while using the platform, including betting losses.
• A6star 6 accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by system maintenance, internet outages, or events beyond our control.
• A6star 6's total liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arises.
